Our program
Eraz Community is a program of Educational Foundation ERAZ in which teenage girls from Kazakhstan choose a future career with mentors from international companies and universities. Each cohort runs for 8 weeks. In 2025, 40 girls took part across four cohorts.

From 23 to 29 June 2025, nine finalists visited Singapore, where 12 organizations hosted them, including universities, international companies and the Embassy of Kazakhstan. Ambassador Askar Kutykadam told the girls about the work of diplomats and the role of the Kazakh diaspora abroad. At the IFC office they met women leaders who shared how their careers began and developed. The foundation plans to run the program every year.
